Bias Auditing Toolkit for Hiring Algorithms Released to Advocacy Partners

Dr. Sofia Reyes and the Intelligent Systems Lab have released the first public version of their bias auditing toolkit to two partner labor-advocacy organizations. The toolkit is designed to let organizations without machine learning expertise audit automated hiring systems for disparate impact, without requiring access to the vendor's internal model.
